When We Will Help

✓Your order arrived visibly damaged in transit.
✓You received an incorrect product (wrong peptide or quantity).
✓A product is demonstrably defective or differs from the stated specification.
✓Your order was lost in transit and tracking shows no delivery.

How to Make a Claim

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Include your order number and a description of the issue.
Attach clear photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.
Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. If your order has already been picked and packed, we are unable to cancel it. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel — same-day orders should be flagged immediately.
